The rental includes the maintenance of the compound. It includes the water supply, 24-hour security, the maintenance of the common area of the estate, the upkeep of the swimming pool, gardening, garbage disposal, the servicing of the air conditioning units, water heaters.

Electricity :
Separate meter to each townhouse with all consumption and standing charges to be borne by the tenant.

Telephone :
Two (2) individual telephone lines with IDD per each townhouse and the fee phone charges to be borne by the tenant.

T.V. Cable :
Free installation TV cable connection for entertainment. Monthly charges will be borne by the tenants depending on desire program channels.

Parking :
One carport per townhouse and plenty parking space for guests.
